If in the unlikely event you find that your products are not suitable, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all goods sold. This warranty period starts from the date of sale.
We are also pleased to offer a repair service for products that are out of the warranty period. Please contact our technical support team for quotations.
If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service.
Postage to the Gadget Bag repairs / distribution centre is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.
No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to Hermes.
For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have intense dirt marks or cigarette smoke on.
