Postage / Shipping
We ship to lots of countries and regularly add more to our delivery options. If your specific country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll find a solution.
It depends on where you are in the World. Orders processed for UK Delivery normally take 1-2 business days depending on the time your order is received. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days depending on the country and courier. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For the UK our primary carriers are Royal Mail and Fedex. For international orders, our primary carrier is Fedex, but we may use another carrier if we are able to reduce the shipping cost for you, or if Fedex do not deliver to your country.
Products
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we will do everything we canto assist you. More details on returns can be found in our Refund Policy (link in the Footer Menu on every page).
All of our product come with manufacturer warranties between 12 and 24 months. For technical faults with products from manufacture, we will offer to repair or replace the product

Gadget Bag is a UK company based in Buckinghamshire. We also have a remote office location in Shropshire.
With a combined 30+ years in the photo industry, we only select brands that offer premium quality products that have been vigorously tried and tested.
Our business model is purely online 99% of the time, but we do attend exhibitions and events in the UK where our products are available to view and purchase, and where our staff can talk you through the best options for your specific needs.
