The JJC TP-ET1 Extendable Tripod is expertly designed for mounting cameras and smartphones for vlogging, live streaming, and mobile filmmaking. It features a universal round plate with a 1/4″-20 threaded camera mount and includes a spring-loaded phone clamp, offering versatile mounting options. You can attach your camera directly via the 1/4″-20 mounting thread or use the included phone clamp to mount your smartphone.
The spring-loaded phone clamp accommodates smartphones with widths ranging from 2.2″ to 3.7″ (56-95mm). It includes two 1/4”-20 socket holes on the side and middle, allowing for horizontal or vertical mounting on the tripod’s round plate. The top of the clamp also features a cold shoe mount for attaching accessories such as microphones or LED lights.
The tripod head has a cold shoe mount on the side for connecting an extension arm and two 1/4”-20 socket holes to attach shoe adapters, enabling you to extend the cold shoe mounts for additional accessories. This feature lets you set up multiple devices, such as a microphone, LED light, or other gear, simultaneously. The ball-and-socket joint offers 360° swivel control and tilts down to a 90° angle. By loosening the primary locking knob, you can easily adjust the joint’s angle, tilt, or return it to its upright position. A cut notch on the side also allows for precise 90° camera positioning. This tripod supports both landscape and portrait modes and provides flexible rotation for optimal camera or smartphone positioning.
The extendable rod features 4-segment height adjustment. When used as a mini tripod, the height ranges from 6.7″ to 15.2″ (17-38.5cm), and when used as a hand grip, the length adjusts from 9.1″ to 17.5″ (23-44.5cm).
The tripod legs are made of lightweight ABS material, ensuring easy portability, while the extendable rod is crafted from sturdy aluminum alloy for long-lasting reliability. Silicone-padded pedestals on the tripod legs provide extra stability and protect surfaces from scratches.
For added security, the tripod is equipped with a lanyard hole, allowing you to use the included lanyard to prevent accidental drops.
